The company is not responsible for the loss or damage of items, nor for damage to fragile, perishable, or previously damaged goods, or those caused by normal transport whether in luggage or attached pieces; it is also not responsible for hand luggage, or for items that should be carried as hand luggage such as: technological equipment and/or luxury items or any goods other than clothing, basic personal use items, and others.
Small and medium-sized pets can be transported, but they must wear a diaper and have their grooming supplies.
Large and potentially dangerous breeds as stipulated by Police Code, Article 126 (potentially dangerous dogs), must wear a muzzle and leash, and they should be transported in a crate if necessary. Additionally, the fare for the pet must be paid alongside the owner.
